RITA – Unity is Strength

With the message "Unity is strength," the team building program with many active games "burned energy" and "broke the distance" between all members.

The saying "competition is important, but friendship matters more" came to life as everyone set aside differences and came together. People gave it their all to help their teams win, but more importantly, they grew closer in the process. That sense of connection was the company's primary goal for organizing the trip—bringing the team closer and building lasting friendships.

Ms. Pham Thi Phuong Thao, receptionist, shared: "Even though the trip was short, this was when everyone got closer to each other the most. Thanks to the team-building games, I got to know many people from other departments."

2024 is a particular year for Rita, marking the company's 20th anniversary. The Rita team celebrated two decades of success and growth at the gala dinner. After 20 years of continuous efforts from many generations of employees, Rita has become Vietnam's leading beverage manufacturing and exporting company. Today's success is built in the past and is the foundation for the future.

After the touching and nostalgic moments, the atmosphere ignited with energy as music, games, singing, and dancing took over. Everyone eagerly showed off their talents, turning the night into a lively showcase of skills. The audience was swept from one surprise to the next, amazed by the hidden talents and enthusiasm.

Continuing the tradition of trips from many years ago, Rita company has prepared many "high value, great sentiment" gifts for lucky employees.

With delicious food, fun activities, and thoughtful take-home gifts, Rita aims to provide the very best for our employees. The company believes in creating memorable experiences that nourish and celebrate its team's hard work and dedication.
